Start your month strong with a movement practice that blends energy, empowerment, and ease. Our Strength & Stretch class is designed to activate your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling both powerful and grounded.

In just under an hour, we’ll move through:

  • Strength circuits to build confidence and endurance

  • Stretch flows to release tension and open your body

  • Mind-body reset to align your energy for the month ahead

This class is beginner-friendly and uplifting—you’ll sweat a little, stretch a lot, and leave with renewed energy to pour into your life.
